The first ones a "inkblot", I see :
1. Mind flayer sleeping. Head tipped, drooling.
His psychic dreams are projecting psych tentacles.
2. Oldschool Japanese shogun. Wearing royal samurai baggy clothes
Skinny humanoid , bUt, his head hAs huge antlers / alien elephant ears ( royalty flair )
