I'm in my freshman year of college and taking animation as a major & current class, I have a new found respect for animators and their work; And I think about how long it took to have make their wonderful work.
So this is a pencil test? Like traditional? What program did you use to record it all together?
I think I remember hearing you say some where that you use ToonBoom. Do you draw directly into the program, like with a tablet? And if you do what tool do you usually use? Or do you draw on paper and scan it in?
Thank you so much! But now I have other questions for you. Like...
What version of Toon Boom do you use? (Animate, Studio, Harmony) What frame rate do you usually use (12fps 6fps) What actual tool in the program do you use? (Brush, Pencil) Do you use the 12 principles in your animations or do you just feel you way through it? How long have you been animating?
Holy crap this is so damn detailed, you may as well call it a clip from a long time project! D: no color, but you make up for it with the clean, detailed, action filled beauty! *^* the only thing that would freak me out more is if you made this in an adobe flash animation program.
Ahhh so that's what you use. I had read about that program once before but I wasn't sure if it was the right program to make look ya'know "like the real deal". Judging by what you've done here though, it doesn't hurt to give it a shot. ^^//
